You session covers a 10 minute session with a professional photographer and
3 high resolution images of your choice with basic edits. Additional photos can
be purchased from the photographers for $10/image.

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and sign the contract if you
have not already done so. Your session will start at the exact time. The
photographers are shooting a family every 10 minutes so if you show up 5 minutes
late, your session will be 5 minutes long because they need to start the next family
on time. If you show up 10 minutes late, we will likely not be able to accommodate
you at a later time slot as the event will likely be completely full.

Your photos will be ready 2 weeks after the shoot (note: this is longer than last year
due to fact that this is busy season for family photos for the photographers).
Once you receive the link to the gallery, we encourage you to view your images and
contact your photographer with your selected 3 images (and any additional images
you would like) as soon as possible. The link is usually of limited period of a couple
weeks and will no longer work after that. If you have not chosen your photos by
November 11, the photographers will choose 3 best images to send you. Once you
select your images, the photographers will deliver the high resolution within 7-10
days from your selection.

It is an extra $10 per person for grandparents, extended family, or pets. These should be paid directly in person via cash, check, or paypal/venmo to the photographer on the day of the session.
